FACTS Management

FACTS is the online Financial Aid Application Immanuel Christian School uses to determine need-based financial aid. This third-party organization helps us protect the privacy of our school families' information. The application takes about 30 minutes to complete and requires that you upload a PDF file of your most recent tax return and W-2s. There is a $35 application fee.

 

You will need to create a username and password. If you already have an account with FACTS from another private school and if your information is current (most recent tax return), you can simply add Immanuel Christian School to your current account. You do not need to re-apply, nor do you need to pay the application fee.

The application must be complete, including a complete tax return and all backup paperwork, in order for FACTS to complete the review. Immanuel Christian School must receive a report of completion from FACTS in order for your application to be part of our review process.

The deadline to complete the FACTS Financial Aid application is May 15. You may still apply after May 15, but your application will be lower priority than those received by the May 15 deadline.

CEO America

CEO America provides additional need-based scholarships for first-time ICS families transferring students from public school to private school. Scholarships are for children entering grades 2–11. This is an optional and supplemental scholarship; all families must still complete the FACTS Financial Aid application.

EITC/OSTC Scholarship Program

The BEST option we have for reduced tuition is through the EITC/OSTC  scholarship program.

 

Businesses can get up to 90% of their contribution back, in the form of a PA tax credit. Contributions are put toward tuition to make the ICS education accessible to any child who wants it.
